Privacy policy

This policy explains what this site collects and why. Last updated 2026-11-08.

What we collect

• Email sign-ups: your first name and email address when you ask for the cheat sheet or Granny's emails.
• Ask Granny: your first name, email, optional town, and your question.
• Basic visit data: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

How we use it

• To send what you asked for, and Granny's emails if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To read and answer your question. If you ticked the box, Granny may answer it in a video using only your first name and town.

We never sell your information.

Who processes it

• Utobo (email delivery and our mailing list).
• Cloudflare (hosting and security).
• YouTube (embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube's own policy applies when you play one).
• Stores you visit through our affiliate links may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete your details, send a request through the Ask Granny form and choose "Something else".

Children

This site is for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
